After 25 years there, Chef Yoa became sous chef at Naples Grande Beach Resort. Now, he brings his amazing cooking talents to Fort Myers. Artisan Eatery collaborates with local and national farmers and purveyors to provide the best quality, best tasting, freshest ingredients possible.
